Weston Williamson was approached to develop proposals for the redevelopment of the existing Mulberry Business Centre in Rotherhithe London SE16.		   The proposal comprises the re-development of the existing business units to provide 440 residential apartments, including affordable accommodation, ground floor business and basement car parking. The resulting high-density living environment aims to meet the aspirations of National and local housing policies to generate an active, vibrant, dynamic and sustainable development and community.   The accommodation comprises five inter-linked blocks with three private landscaped courtyards. It aims to generate a strong relationship with the public and to carefully integrate the existing overbearing print works and the local smaller scale residential accommodation.
