The Courtyard House
The Courtyard House is based on a simple repetitive plan around an internal courtyard. This flexible plan incorporates two, three and four bedroom houses. |

In order to provide excellent energy conservation, Weston Williamson has densely grouped the houses. This does not, however, lead to lack of private and outdoor space as each house provides a garden at roof level as well as private balconies. |

The plan allows for a variety of construction methods including a solid timber panel system. Panelled elevations can be customised to the individual requirements of the owner. Each house also comes with a parking space and bicycle storage situated at the front. |
