Greenwich peninsular site
When the millennium exhibition closed in December 2000 Weston Williamson were asked by SMC on behalf of Nomura to examine a series of options for the Greenwich peninsular site. |

A various mix of uses were examined across the site and the above drawings show two of the options. Leisure uses were positioned adjacent to the dome with a mix of commercial and residential phases further south. |

Nomura withdrew from the tender process for the site because of uncertainties about tenure and permissions on certain parts of the site. |
