Weston Williamson designed a high quality mixed-use development on a prominent but tight island site along Jamaica Road.
  They comprise commercial use at ground floor level with 38 residential units abov. The building wraps around the sides of the triangular site, maintaining and continuing existing building lines and positively defining street edges. Open space at ground level is concentrated in one place to maximise its size and potential as a viable amenity space on a restricted site.   This central court is protected from the noise of the road. The outer façade comprises bands of brickwork, glazing and fixed panels in contrast the inner façade defines a more contained space with perforated vertical fins allow views and sunlight to filter in and informal supervision of the space outside.
