This project incorporates the formation of a new town square, which will be created off the High Street following the removal of a terrace of shops.		   This will open up the Church to the High Street and make the Church much more prominent in the life of the town. To take advantage of this new visibility the church plan to build a new welcome centre incorporating a bookshop and cafe on the north of the existing church. The proposal is for a highly transparent pavilion through which the Church will be visible.   In order to minimise the structural depth a series of structural trees will support the roof which will incorporate clear and stained glass to accentuate the grid of the building and relate to the top light of the church.
