WW+P continues to build on its long-standing relationship with Southwark Council through our appointment to their new Architects Design Services Framework. The framework will be run by Southwark Council and LHC and used to procure approximately £10.5 million-worth of design services for Southwark over the next 4 years.
Our appointment to the Masterplanning and Feasibility Lot is a recognition of our expertise in designing new spatial environments, following on from recent projects in Enfield, Wimbledon and Victoria. We are working across the borough delivering Southwark’s New Homes programme and supporting a series of developers with regeneration projects.
Beatrix Young, Partner said “We are extremely delighted to be appointed to Southwark’s new framework. The framework places a strong emphasis on innovation and we are relish the opportunity to continue designing and developing innovative places in collaboration with amazing team in the Borough.”
We were also pleased to announce our appointment to Manchester Airport Group’s Professional services framework. Our place on the architectural services lot for Stansted Airport gives us further opportunity to bring our international aviation expertise to the UK aviation market.
Alex Kirkwood, Partner and Aviation Lead said “We know that the aviation sector is facing a challenging future as it recovers from the impacts of COVID-19. We look forward to supporting MAG and Stansted in their recovery and future growth”.
