With 20 years' experience in the sector, Simon leads our growing masterplanning team. Projects include the master planning and station integration of the HS2 Old Oak Common station and the urban realm aspects of the Crossrail 2 station feasibility studies.
In London's Upper Lea Valley, Simon led the 150 ha regeneration of strategic industrial land - part of the Enfield Future Options Project. He also led the Crossrail 2 masterplan, directing multiple work streams, from development designs supporting the DfT business case, through to station integration, public realm and wayfinding strategies.
His latest project is the masterplanning work streams for the Bristol Temple Quarter project, where is is applying his background in engineering, architecture and urban design to drive holistic solutions and drawing on lessons learned from over seven years of working on urban design initiatives in Norway.
Simon has lectured at the Architectural Association in London and Brighton University School of Architecture.
