We were awarded first prize in an open, international architecture competition to design a 125,000 m2 Science City in Giza. The first 21st century science, learning and research facility will feature an exhibition hall, museum, conference centre, research hub, planetarium, observation tower and landscaped park.
We were commissioned by GHD to work with GHD Woodhead as part of the SI/NRW Joint Venture during the tender phase, for the Forrestfield Airport link project in Perth. Instrumental in the design process, we led the design development of the iconic roofs for the stations as well as the canopy design for the bus station, whilst also integrating public art proposals into the project.
Our proposals transform the former Eurostar infrastructure at Waterloo International Terminal – security, passport control, customs, arrivals and departure lounge spaces – into three floors of high quality retail accommodation below the repurposed platforms.
