We found a site on Tower Bridge Road which was previously part of the Sarson’s Vinegar Works. We successfully undertook the project management of the construction phase, which involved organising individual sub-contractors for all
the different trades. The building uses similar principles to those developed for the National Energy Foundation Headquarters, providing natural ventilation to cool down the exposed concrete ceilings by opening louvered vents at night-time.
In 2012, we added a 750sq.ft. design studio to the top of our offices. This studio provides an excellent environment for our creative Visualisation team and is also a central facility for research. The new dual aspect floor space also offers spectacular views across The City of London and Tower Bridge.
