Facilitating engagement with design

Visual Communication

Facilitating engagement with design

Visual communication is a vital and critical part of the work we undertake. It has the power to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders and thereby not only inspire, but also promote informed balanced decision making. It is fundamental to the success of each and every project we undertake.

We utilise a range of skills and expertise and apply the appropriate techniques to illustrate this potential. Hand drawing, sketching, physical modelling and computer modelling, alongside photorealistic rendering form the core of our output. We also go beyond this through the use of prototyping, virtual reality and animation.

We see the integration of graphics as a vital part of this expertise ensuring that the broad range of visual communication techniques are integrated into all that we undertake.

... for me the process of illustration has been a constant and vital tool in exploring and communicating an approach to architecture where notions of form, materiality and structure are explored in a series of marks on paper made by hand
