Weston Williamson + Partners are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our London studio.

We are an award winning, international architectural and urban design studio. Our ethos of working collaboratively to create and connect sustainable places for people and influence the many sectors we specialise in which include the creation of innovative transport infrastructure, high-quality residential and mixed-use spaces.

Our studio is structured to facilitate a culture of innovation and exemplary design whilst building upon our 35 years’ of experience, to deliver successful projects.

WW+P (part of Egis Group) is currently undergoing a transition with regards to our Project Management, Finance & HR systems. This role will be responsible for leading the migration to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including Fusion; PPM, ERP, & HCM during this transition period and becoming a global power user for WW+P within this software.

Key Accountabilities:

Migration to Oracle Fusion PPM.

  • Leading WWP transition on to OCI application from CMap ERP software.
  • Identifying detailed requirements for WW+P’s successful migration to OCI and thereby liaising with Oracle and WW+P Project Management and Commercial teams to ensure WWP’s needs for PPM, ERP & HCM services are met.
  • Identifying key resource needs to meet Egis expectations for the launch and ongoing management of OCI software for WW+P.
  • Providing training to Commercial and Project Management teams to ensure the correct use of the product.

Project Controls:

  • Global power user responsible for collecting and entering information into the project application.
  • Ensuring that project income and resource forecasts are accurate and kept up to date regularly.
  • Providing accurate project invoice data to finance teams to ensure revenue and cashflow is maximised and consistent.
  • Monitoring project budgets and profitability.
  • Producing reports within OCI to provide Senior and Executive Leadership Teams with up to date and accurate data to monitor project performance.

This role will evolve as the programme matures so this is not an exhaustive list of activities, and the candidate will be expected to proactive in gaining further responsibilities as their experience matures. Relevant further training and mentoring by the practice will be offered.

Person specification:

Qualifications/ knowledge/ experience

(Technical/ professional knowledge and skills competency)

  • Experience using Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud based software (essential)
  • Experience with project management and controls protocols (5+ Years) (essential)
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (essential)
  • BSc in Project Management or similar (desired)
  • Knowledge & Experience within Architecture / Engineering / Construction industry and narratives (desired)

Personal skills and key competencies:

  • Excellent Communication, written and verbal (essential)
  • Strong Collaboration skills (essential)
  • Strong numeracy skills (essential)
  • Time management, able to manage numerous tasks with varying levels of priority (essential)
