We worked with multiple stakeholders to transform this Grade I listed railway station into a world-class transport interchange. A bigger underground station, a new entrance from the north, and a new taxi facility made the space more user-friendly for people on foot and in vehicles, and future-proofed it for further growth and development.

As CEO Rob leads WW+P’s work in the UK and internationally. Rob is responsible to the board for WW+P’s overall performance, including business planning; financial performance; design quality; and standards of client service.
A key part of his role is to recognise and develop key individuals within the practice structure to allow them to take on leadership roles. Rob heads a leadership group of Directors & Associates in the UK and works directly with the Managing Directors of the UK, Canada and Australia to develop and implement strategy.
Rob has a track record of leading large integrated infrastructure projects and delivering high-quality, award-winning design. He was the Project Partner for several major London Crossrail projects which have gained recognition in a series of design awards. He guided these projects through concept, design development and project set up for delivery. Rob was instrumental in setting up WW+P sister companies and studios in Australia, Toronto and Manchester. He led the architectural design of the winning PPP Melbourne Metro proposal, an $8bn city changing project incorporating stations, associated commercial development and new urban realm.
Rob’s projects have won a series of high-profile awards. In 2015 he was awarded the RIBA London Project Architect of the Year for his work at Paddington.
